SWARA KATRESNA

Under the glow of the stage, the rhythmic kendang brings two treasured Sundanese traditions to life, Topeng Benjang from Ujungberung and Jaipongan, the dynamic dance pioneered by Gugum Gumbira. These traditions lead into a special performance by Swara Katresna, founded by Rangga Siswara and Rahisha Kresna Ghaurie. Meaning “the voice of love,” Swara Katresna celebrates and preserves Sundanese art and culture through movement, music, and togetherness.
